Designing Your Ceremony

Each wedding is unique.

From intimate ceremonies to larger venues, all are designed with one goal in mind: a heartfelt ceremony authentic to who you are.

  • 20-30 minutes

    Includes a rehearsal the day before

    License signed and sent to County Recorder

    Base fee: $350

    Additional travel fee: $50 for every 25 miles beyond Pismo Beach

    Additional fee for ceremonies on holidays: $50

  • 10-20 minutes

    No rehearsal

    License signed and sent to County Recorder

    Base fee: $150

    Additional travel fee: $50 for every 25 miles beyond Pismo Beach (i.e. Santa Barbara Courthouse weddings: $350)

    Additional fee for ceremonies on holidays: $50

  • 10-15 minutes

    No rehearsal

    Base fee: $125

    Additional travel fee for venue 25 miles beyond Pismo Beach: $50

    Additional fee for ceremonies on holidays: $25

The Process

Reach out to Your Day Your Way and Rita will walk you through all the options, helping you to find a ceremony style that suits your needs and desires.

After the complimentary consultation to get to know one another and discuss contract and fees, here's what happens:

  1. Wedding date is reserved with a signed contract and deposit.

  2. Initial meeting to discuss ceremony script.

  3. Ceremony script is finalized and second fee payment is due.

  4. Wedding rehearsal (final fee payment) & Wedding ceremony.

  5. Rita signs and sends wedding license to County Recorder.
